Employed at the Ministry of Digital Affairs since its beginning, since January 2020 as the Director of the Data Management Department.

Since February 2020, he has been the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digital Affairs for Data Openness.

Since 2008, she has been involved in a number of projects associated with computerization, re-use of public sector information, public data opening and implementation as well as the development of the Central Repository for Public Information (data portal.gov.pl).

Manager of the project "Open data - access, standard, education" co-financed under the „Digital Poland” Operational Programme.

Author of publications on the re-use of public sector information in Poland and abroad as well as the principles of access to public data.

Specialist in administrative law, legislation and management with a diploma of the University of Warmia and Mazury.

She also completed postgraduate studies in the area of legislative issues at the Warsaw University and the Academy of IT Management of Public Administration at the Warsaw University of Technology.

A graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of administrative law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
