Several pre-events organised by partner companies (Google, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, P&G, BCG, Santander, Ericsson, RBS, Amazon, Electrolux, Citi) and meetings for researchers and scientists, or women’s networks, are a solid dose of inspiration and knowledge, as well as a chance for gaining valuable contacts!

Poland as an IT hub

Over 2,500 people from 37 countries participated in last year’s Summit. It is worth noting that according to experts, Poland has all the assets needed to become a world power in digital defence, an exporter of cybersecurity solutions and a strategic NATO ally for cybernetic operations. Therefore there will be a special zone at the Summit, promoting the Polish know how and Polish scientists and engineers - the participants will have the opportunity to get to know the IT and tech companies successfully building their position in the international market.

During the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit there will be opportunities to get to know over 50 organisations working in the IT and Tech area! The biggest global tech companies will answer the participants’ questions, there will also be recruiting opportunities on the spot. We suggest bringing your CV and cards along - for people just entering the job market the Summit is a chance to find the first job, for experts and experienced managers it is a chance for further career development and exchange of know-how!

The Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit is organised by the Perspektywy Education Foundation, supporting women in technologies for over 13 years. Many years’ efforts to build country-wide programs such as “Girls as Engineers”, IT for She and others brought recognition, including the European Digital Skills Award 2017 from the european Commission, in the category of promoting women’s digital skills. The Foundation’s projects had real impact on promotion of tech education and science among girls and women.
