The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to the Minister of Industry to increase Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 2,000 million were transferred on May 20, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1)    OK0426 – PLN 300 million,
2)    PS0729 – PLN 700 million,
3)    WZ1129 – PLN 600 million,
4)    DS1033 – PLN 400 million.
