Modalities of offering unpaid legal help during a pandemic

We kindly inform you that the potential transformation of the pandemic into an epidemic threat should not affect the possibility of benefiting from remote unpaid legal help and citizens advice.

Help is offered according to the Bill of rights from the 5th of August 2015 on unpaid legal help, citizens advice, and legal education. According to the article 28a unpaid legal help and citizens advice may be offered remotely or off the premises of the unpaid help facility, both during a pandemic and an epidemic threat.

The decision about the modalities of unpaid help is to be taken by the leader of the Poviat. He should take into account the security of the citizens and the availability of such services. It is still possible to offer in person consultations, online consultation, or a combination of both.
