Immigration law advice and advice in foreign languages / Правова консультація у сфері права іноземців та юридична консультації іноземними мовамиThe unpaid help system, based on the Bill of rights from the 5th of August 2015 on unpaid legal help, citizens advice, and legal education (Dz. U. from 2021 pos. 945) is available to all Polish residents, including foreigners. Applying for international or temporary protection is not necessary.

Announcement for war refugees from Ukraine and for Ukrainians living in Poland / Комунікація для біженців війни з України та українців, які проживають в ПольщіWith the increasing number of war refugees from Ukraine, fleeing the territories defending themselves from the Russian invasion, in Poland, the Ministry of Justice stated that the unpaid help system, based on the Bill from the 5th of August 2015 on unpaid legal help, citizens advice, and legal education, was available to all Polish residents, including foreigners (Dz. U. from 2021 pos. 945). Unpaid help is available to all people who cannot afford paid legal services.
