He was born in 1980 in Rawa Mazowiecka. He is a historian and political scientist by education.

From 2009 to 2018, member of the board of the Łódź Voivodeship of the 3rd, 4th and 5th term, including from 2014 as a deputy marshal.

In the years 2010-2019, he was a councilor of the Łódź Voivodeship Assembly. Since 2019, Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland (re-elected in 2023).

Since 2015, vice-president of the Polish People's Party. Volunteer firefighter at the Czerniewice Volunteer Fire Department.

Privately, Marta's husband and father of Aleksander and Krzysztof. Passionate about sports, especially football. He lives in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.
