Visegrad-ryhmän perustamisen 30-vuotisjuhlan kunniaksi julkaistiin erikoispostimerkki Poczta Polska S.A. -yrityksen aloitteesta ja yhteistyössä ulkoministeriön kanssa. Visegrad-ryhmän maiden, Unkarin, Slovakian ja Tšekin tasavallan kansalliset postitoimistot käyttävät Agnieszka Sobczyńskan postimerkin projektia. Postimerkki edistää erityisesti Visegrad-ryhmän yhteistyömuotoa. Jokaisessa Visegrad-ryhmän maassa luotiin erillinen postimerkki.

Thirty years ago, on 15 February 1991, the presidents of Poland and Czechoslovakia, and the prime minister of Hungary signed the Declaration on Cooperation between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Hungary in Striving for European Integration in the castle of Visegrad, Hungary.

A new fellowship programme for excellent researchers at the Polish Academy of Sciences

As part of this initiative, scientists, historians and politicians share their thoughts on the recent history of Poland.

By the decision of the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Poland, esteemed representatives of the Finnish Armed Forces: Mrs Ruusa Hilakari and cpt Mikko Vuotilainen were awarded with the bronze medal of the Polish Army in recognition of the merits in the development of the defence potential of the Republic of Poland as well for the contribution to the cooperation with the Polish Army.
