Polish candidate for the post of Secretary-General of the OECD will present his ideas for the Organization during the online debate at PISM on 12th of November.

As part of this initiative, scientists, historians and politicians share their thoughts on the recent history of Poland.

On 23rd September 2020, KSAP-Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration, will play host to the 10th Edition of the Prof. B. Geremek Lecture Series. This year's lecture on “The balance of the costs and benefits of European integration for the world after the pandemic” will be delivered by Piotr Arak, Director of the Polish Economic Institute.

On 31 August, we solemnly celebrate the 40th anniversary of the signing of the August Agreements and the establishment of the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union “Solidarity”, which contributed to the collapse of communism and an end to the world’s cold war division.

The Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, invites foreign participants to semester- and year-long programs of Polish language and culture. Beginning in October 2020 the courses will be offered in a traditional in-class form, as well as – due to the coronavirus pandemic – online.
