V4 poster exhibition opened in the graphic design gallery at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade

11.05.2021

Open until 21 May, the graphic design gallery at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade will host an exhibition of distinguished entries in the poster competition organised for the 30th anniversary of the Visegrád Group. With the pandemic restrictions in place, the less formal opening ceremony was organised for a limited number of people.

V4 poster exhibition opened in the graphic design gallery at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade

Apart from ambassadors of the Visegrád Group countries – Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, the launch was attended by a small group of invited diplomats (among others, the ambassadors of Germany, Austria, and Slovenia), the academy’s authorities and professors, as well as a few outstanding fourth-year painting and graphic design students.

The exhibition catalogue, with all the prize-winning entries, was prepared in cooperation with the Faculty. This exhibition, held in a gallery of the local Faculty of Fine Arts (the oldest such academy in Serbia, which has been cooperating with Polish artistic colleges for many years), was made possible thanks to the good ongoing partnership between the Embassy of Poland in Belgrade and the Faculty.
