Long-term national visa interviews – new registration rules

Students need to register by email, the others by www.e-konsulat.gov.pl.
If you plan to apply for long-term national visa (working visa), register at the website www.e-konsulat.gov.pl (Ethiopia >> Addis Ababa>> National Visa - Register form). Then choose “National visa”.
If you see the message “Lack of available dates”, try again in a couple of days. We will not announce the exact dates when the new visa slots are being made available.
If you are going to study in Poland, first email us at addisababa.consular@msz.gov.pl only on Mondays between 08:00am-09:00am. The emails should be titled “National student visa”. You need to enclose your passport copy, filled in registration form available on the website www.e-konsulat.gov.pl and student statement.
Important! One person can send just one mail to us. Spammers will not receive any reply. You need to apply on your own. The Embassy will contact back the first persons who have sent all necessary document in the right hours. We are not going to answer for other emails. Once you register, it will be not possible to change the selected date. You are required to come exactly on time to the Embassy.
