Poland in Ethiopia

For student visas first email us at addisababa.consular@msz.gov.pl specifically on Mondays between 08:00AM - 09:00AM, appointments will be offered to those who email us first, within the specified hours. Your email should be titled “National student visa”. One person can send just one email, you need to apply on your own, we will not answer to spam. Please attach:

• scan of your passport,
• filled in visa application form (from www.e-konsulat.gov.pl >> Ethiopia >> Addis Ababa>> National Visa - Fill in form, generate pdf file),
• scan of the Polish-language document "Zaświadczenie" that you received from your university.

If you got an interview date assigned, we will inform you by emails by Tuesday each week. If you did not make it, you have to email us again the following Monday.
 

For work visas register at the website www.e-konsulat.gov.pl (Ethiopia >> Addis Ababa>> National Visa - Register form >> National visa – work).

Appointments are allocated once a week by automated drawing. If your application was selected for interview we will inform you by email. Registered applications remain valid and take part in drawing in the following weeks, so there is no need to register again.

You are required to show up exactly on time. It will be not possible to change the assigned date. We will accept just original documents (scans and photos are not acceptable). 

If you want to appeal against Consul’s decision (“reapply”), just show up at the Embassy on any Monday between 09:00 – 14:00. No registration is required.
