Poland in Ethiopia

Please note that the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Addis Ababa does not cooperate with any commercial visa agents and employment agencies nor it is responsible for payable offers for their assistance. The only cost involved is the consular visa fee charged by the Embassy. 

Unauthorized agencies are able to use websites or e-mail addresses which may look like official ones. They can give you incorrect advice on visa procedure. If you come across any suspicious requests from person who claims to be the representative of the Polish Embassy, please disregard these requests and report them to our office immediately. 

It is important to stay vigilant to protect oneself from falling victim to fraudulent activities of scammers who offer assistance upon extra payment in obtaining a Polish visa. Please bear in mind that only consul is entitled to examine visa application and make a visa decision.

The applicants interested in obtaining a Polish visa are required to book a visa appointment 
via e-konsulat system: https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/ The successfully registered visa application form is submitted by the applicant in person to our office at the date of visa appointment.
