Alicja Mikołajczyk

Dr Alicja Mikołajczyk is a co-owner of QSAR Lab and an Assistant Professor at the University of Gdańsk. She specializes in the AI- and quantum chemistry-driven design of safer and more sustainable materials, chemicals, and drugs. Her work focuses on developing advanced computational tools to accelerate and improve responses to emerging threats to human health and the environment. A L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Fellow, she has authored 48 publications and completed eight international research stays. Dr Mikołajczyk actively contributes to EU-funded projects supporting digital transformation and green innovation across industries.
