Her work spans innovative projects, enterprises, and startups, where she has contributed to the development and implementation of groundbreaking ideas. She participates in the creation of strategic frameworks, demonstrating commitment to forward-thinking solutions. As assistant professor at Kozminski University, she teaches courses on Strategy and Business Models.
As economic coordinator at WN PWN, she was responsible for academic publications. She co-created the Innovation Strategy for Mazovia. At PARP, she focused on activating the Polish space market and innovative R&D projects, which she continued at PW. Certified change and project manager interested in innovation and sustainable business practices.
