Attorney-at-law, entrepreneur, and manager. For nearly 20 years, she has specialized in providing business and legal advisory services to corporate entities. She has gained extensive professional experience within both domestic and international capital groups, as well as through collaborations with non-profit organizations.

Throughout her career, she has supported management and supervisory boards, primarily advising on legal matters related to key investment decisions, reorganizations, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Her experience spans projects of various scales and involves working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. She has successfully led mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including post-acquisition integration processes, across the financial services, insurance, and courier industries. She has served on supervisory boards and has been actively involved in exercising corporate governance oversight across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Additionally, she has played a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and innovative projects.

She is recognized for her deep understanding of business dynamics and her proactive approach to delivering objectives and resolving conflicts. With a passion for innovation and strong interpersonal skills, she builds lasting, positive relationships within teams while driving the achievement of strategic goals in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Since January 27, 2025, she has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Akces NCBR Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw.
