Isaac Middelmann

Isaac Middelmann's wide-ranging career has spanned government, the private sector, and the impact start-up and NGO spaces in the domains of education, aviation, Agritech, and health innovation. In those roles, he has led government relations and risk management, as well as access to finance and strategic partnership building on 4 continents.
 
Isaac joined EIT Health 6 years ago to develop the Venture Centre of Excellence (VCoE) health innovation collaboration and investment programme co-designed and jointly operated by EIT Health and the European Investment Fund (EIF), which has supported over 160 start-ups and SMEs to fundraise more than €5bn in total to date. He now serves as the Accelerator Director for Strategic Fundraising leading the organisation’s engagement with start-ups/SMEs and public/private investors and others while building Europe-centred global partnerships with diverse stakeholders wishing to co-create value in the European health and life science innovation ecosystem.
