EU Innovation Journey'25

Iwona is part of the core team at EU-Inc team, she joined to lead the legal efforts and shape its legislative strategy, now working closely with the European Commission. She led the development of proposal.eu-inc.org and remains a key figure in driving EU-Inc’s collaboration with the Commission.

Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Entrepreneur First as its first legal hire, building and scaling the firm’s legal operations as it grew from a small incubator to a global VC.

Now, as a Fractional Operations Partner, she supports solo GPs and emerging fund managers in navigating fund operations, compliance, and risk management.
