Kamila Majcher-Zalewska

Kamila Majcher-Zalewska

Legal counsel. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management of the University of Orleans (Master en droit privé). She holds an LL.M. degree from the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago. She specialises in corporate law, venture capital financing and state aid law.

She gained experience in law firms, in Forum TFI S.A., in Templeton Asset Management TFI S.A., where she dealt with legal issues related to the creation and operation of investment funds. She was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Development Fund S.A. for the period 2016-2024 and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the Commercialisation Department at NCBR. At NCBR she supervises instruments related to the venture capital market.
