Graduated from Physics Faculty and Postgraduate Study on Intellectual Property at University of War-saw. Entrepreneur, strategist in public and privet sector, consultant for international organizations and consulting companies with unique, multidisciplinary experience in all sectors of the knowledge triangle. 

More than 20 years of experience in Polish innovation and research policy, former vice-chair of the Eu-ropean Research Area and Innovation Committee (ERAC). At present Board Member of the UWRC Ltd. – University of Warsaw spv, established to manage portfolio of spin-off companies established by re-searchers or students.

Expert in development of national and regional innovation strategies and reforms. Specific areas of ex-pertise cover innovation systems, building business – academia relationship, academic entrepreneur-ship, foresight studies and policy, program and project level evaluation.
