Luiza Nowacka is an Investment Manager at Vinci S.A., a Polish VC fund based in Warsaw with a capitalization of over €200 million. She seeks out the most innovative, world-changing deep tech startups that support strategically important areas of Poland's development, as well as scale-ups looking for funding to expand their operations internationally. The investment ticket size is up to €20 million, stage of the projects - from seed to growth.

Ex-Investment Manager in RBL_VC, the CVC fund powered by Alior Bank S.A. where she was responsible for fintech investments. Currently acting on the investor side, previously she has been running a business & legal consulting company – Well Done Business. Her track record includes the creation of 200+ business plans (for a total investment amount of €500+ mln) and several hours of business / strategy / investment / legal  advisory.

Founder of a few start-ups. Mentor/advisor of start-ups, evaluator or jury member in start-up competitions, speaker and representative during business/ start-ups events.

A certified business negotiator with a degree from St Andrews University in Scotland. She completed doctoral studies at Warsaw School of Economics.
