Polish Expert for HEU Cluster 6 Programme Committee. He has many years of experience in supporting Polish research and industrial entities in participating in EU Framework Programmes. Manager of the BioHorizon project - network of specialised National Contact Points for Horizon 2020, within the scope of the Societal Challenge 2, in Europe and beyond. He holds a PhD in biotechnology from Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS-SGGW), and specializes in plant genomics and the use of biotechnological processes in plant production. During his academic career, he cooperated with University of Wisconsin–Madison (USA) and The James Hutton Institute (Dundee, Scotland).
