Ambassador Mariusz Maszkiewicz, together with a delegation from the Polish Embassy in Georgia, laid flowers at the monument to the victims of the Soviet massacre of April 9, 1989 in Tbilisi.
On that memorable day, 21 people were killed and about 100 wounded at the hands of Soviet army units.
