Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK)

As part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography organized an international conference of the Permanent Committee for Cadastre (PCC) in Warsaw. Representatives of more than 20 European countries met on May 5-6, 2025 in Warsaw at a the conference.

Alicja Kulka, Surveyor General of Poland, gave a presentation on the cadastre in Poland. At the Kazimierz Górski National Stadium in Warsaw, participants shared experiences on cadastre management, showed development plans and discussed the use of new technologies that allow for significant progress in this field.

The conference organized by GUGiK ended with the symbolic transfer of the PCC flag by the General Surveyor of Poland Alicja Kulka to the representatives of Denmark taking over the presidency for the next half of this year.
