Moldovans learned, inter alia, about the use of spatial data infrastructure in spatial development plans, methodology of data collection and verification, and the projects financed by the European Structural Funds.

According to the programme of the visit, the guests also got to know the activities of other administrative units in the field of SDI in our country, i. e. the Central Statistical Office or the Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation Municipality Centre in Krakow, where the management of the land and buildings register and the municipal spatial data system were presented.

This was the first meeting in Poland, as the project was carried out in a remote form due to the pandemic situation.
