If your receipt number (1 to 4 digit number on the receipt you were given after paying for the visa) is mentioned below, it means your passport is ready for collection, waiting at the consular section. You can come and collect your passport every working day from 15:00 to 16:00. You can send an authorized person (they will need to have your receipt and an authorization letter from you). We do not inform about whether your visa has been granted or not - you can check it yourself after you pick your passport.
COLLECTION TIME IS FROM 15:00 TO 16:00 EVERY WORKING DAY.
