If your receipt number (1 to 4 digit number on the receipt you were given after paying for the visa) is mentioned below, it means your passport is ready for collection, waiting at the consular section. You can come and collect your passport every working day from 15:00 to 16:00. You can send an authorized person (they will need to have your receipt and an authorization letter from you). We do not inform about whether your visa has been granted or not - you can check it yourself after you pick your passport.

COLLECTION TIME IS FROM 15:00 TO 16:00 EVERY WORKING DAY.

Due to a high volume of requests, the standard processing time for a Schengen (C) visa is 14 days. Please feel free to visit the Embassy for collection two weeks after your submission date, regardless of whether your application number is listed above. For national visas (D) and all other legal matters, in case of not finding your number above, please contact the Embassy via phone or email to verify your status only after a two-week period has elapsed, as processing may occasionally take longer.
