Limited number of applicants at the Consular Section

We are limiting the number of applicants at the Consular Section due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Coronavirus

Registration for visa appointments through our online e-konsulat system has been suspended until further notice.

We will only accept visa applications from the following categories of applicants:

  • family members of Polish/EU citizens;
  • persons travelling for urgent business matters;
  • persons travelling for urgent personal matters;
  • government officials.

We will not accept applications from persons travelling for the purpose of tourism, employment and other purposes not listed above.

If you believe that you fall under one of the categories of applicants whose applications we will still process, please send an email to dzakarta.wk.dyzurny@msz.gov.pl with the subject “Request for visa appointment”. Please describe your purpose of travel, the time of travel and attach scans of relevant documents such as: passport, invitation, marriage or birth certificates. If your request is granted, we will inform you by email about the possibility to come for an appointment.
