19.06.2020

1

The Embassy of Poland to Indonesia kindly informs that the visa applications through the e-konsulat system will be re-launched on 20.06.2020

You will be able to sign up for visa applications, legal issues and passport visits. The number of applications accepted will be limited until the country's epidemiological situation improves.

Due to the still valid epidemiological threat, only persons on the name list will be admitted.

While into the Consular Section of the Embassy, you must wear a protective face cover (a mask, a scarf,  a turtleneck, a face shield etc.) covering the mouth and nose, and optionally gloves.

Upon entering the Consular Section, you also have to disinfect your hands  at the entrance.

You must come to Consular Section at a designated time (as scheduled at the e-consulate confirmation).

When standing in line at the entrance to the Embassy, the distance of 2m between the waiting persons should be kept. Please do not gather in groups, avoid coming with accompanying persons and with a large hand luggage.

Customers entering into the Consular Section will also be measured their body temperature. If temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius , they will be refused entry.

A maximum of 2 applicants are allowed in the waiting room, which allows a minimum distance of 2 m.

The number of applications will be reduced until the situation improves
