Poland in Iraq

We hereby inform you that as of January 1, 2026, a new Schedule of Consular Fees, set out in Part II of the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of October 29, 2025, amending the Regulation on Consular Fees (Journal of Laws, item 1523), will apply. The Regulation updates the fees for consular services, most of which have remained unchanged for 10 years.

The most important changes include:

a) fee for issuing a new passport to a Polish citizen - USD 170

b) fee for accepting and processing a Schengen Visa application - USD 110

c) fee for accepting and processing a National Visa application - USD 240

d) document legalization - USD 50
