The new opening hours and regulations of the Consular Section

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuala Lumpur would like to kindly remind that current opening hours of the Consular Section, until October 31st, 2021, are as below:

Tuesday                                 10 am - 12 pm
Wednesday                           10 am - 12 pm
Thursday                               10 am - 12 pm

All visa applicants, regardless of the registration of their visa applications in the e-konsulat system, are requested to contact us by e-mail.

E-mail confirmation from the Consular section with an indication of the date and time will be valid to submit the visa application.

Scan of the MySejahtera QR code at the entrance to the Consular Section is mandatory. The lack of the MySejahtera application does not entitle you to enter.
