Complaint handling

Complaints

Every ITSEF client has the right to file a complaint if they are not satisfied with our services. They can do so via email, sending a complaint to the following address:

skargi-lob_itsef(at)il-pib.pl.

The message should include the following information:

  • The word COMPLAINT in the subject of the message
  • The name and identifier of the organization
  • The reason for filing the complaint

If we receive a complaint, the ITSEF Manager or another person from the ITSEF staff, not involved in the process to which the complaint relates, will deal with it immediately. ITSEF will make every effort to meet the client's requirements, if they are in line with ITSEF standards and commitments, which should always correspond to the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, technical competence, and fair treatment.

For each complaint, ITSEF provides a response to the complainant together with a justification, including a report on the course of the complaint and its outcome.
