27.01.2023On January 27, a commemoration ceremony was held at NATO Headquarters to mark the International Holocaust Remembrance Day and the 78th anniversary of the liberation of Nazi German concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, co-organized by the Permanent Representations of Poland and Italy to NATO. The partners of this year's event were the World Jewish Congress and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.

16.01.2023The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is disappointed to learn that legal proceedings against Andrzej Poczobut were initiated on 16 January 2023 before a Belarusian court. Andrzej Poczobut has been provisionally detained since March 2021 on false and politically motivated charges.

30.11.2022On 29-30 November 2022, the head of Polish diplomacy Zbigniew Rau took part in NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Bucharest. It was the first time when all sessions were also attended by the Foreign Ministers of Finland and Sweden, the two countries invited to join the Alliance.

In another yet particularly appalling manifestation of Minsk’s policy to distort history in the west of Belarus, a cemetery of Polish Home Army’s soldiers in Surkonty was barbarically demolished in the morning of 25 August.
