Simplified access to practice medical professions in Poland

Medical professions

From 30/12/2020, the amended regulations apply to facilitate access to medical professions in Poland by:

  1. medical doctors,
  2. dentists,
  3. nurses,
  4. midwives,
  5. medical rescuers,

who are qualified to practice these professions in non-EU countries.

Proceedings on granting consent to perform work in Poland in the above-mentioned professions is simplified and its duration is shortened. Applications submitted to the Minister of Health, including those submitted through Polish consuls, are subject to prompt and efficient examination.
