Poland in Pakistan

Today, Poland has started its one-year Chairmanship at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Thus, our country is assuming a greater role in shaping security and stabilisation on the European continent in the spirit of the Helsinki Final Act, whose 50th anniversary we will be celebrating in 2025.

On the 40th anniversary of the introduction of martial law, we invite you to watch an animated film entitled "The Light of Freedom" and read a short text by the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, about the social campaign "Light up the Light of Freedom".

Please be advised that as of December 6, 2021, Pakistani authorities have placed Poland on the list of countries restricted from entering Pakistan due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that travelers are required to obtain permission from the Pakistani National Command and Operation Center to enter the country before traveling to Pakistan.

Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow Poles, 11 November marks the 103rd anniversary of Poland regaining independence. It is a day justly celebrated by Poles around the world. Independence is the supreme value which past generations of Poles fought for.
