Notice on new requirements for registration of visa appointments

Embassy is introducing new rules for visa appointments booked after 09 June 2025 on the e-Konsulat website. Visa applications will only be accepted if the correct appointment is booked.
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Islamabad accepts visa applications only directly at the Embassy (Street 24, G-5/4, Diplomatic Enclave II, Islamabad) after appointment booked on the e-Konsulat website. New appointments are opened on every Monday between 9:00AM-3:00PM. If Monday is a holiday then appointments are opened on the next work day.
The only fee to be paid is the visa application fee paid in cash when submitting the application. All applications must be submitted in person by the Applicant. The Embassy of Poland does not cooperate in any way with travel agencies or other entities or persons intermediating in visa services.
In order to submit a visa application applicant must book appointment on the e-Konsulat website for the correct appointment per below:
• Schengen visa – register the form; Schengen visa
for all Schengen visa applications from all categories of travelers e.g. tourism, business, visiting family and friends,
• National visa – register the form; National Visa – work
for work (with the valid Work Permit) you must register application and the appointment will be assigned via electronic draw which takes place every Saturday,
• National visa – register the form ; National visa- first-, second-, single-cycle degree (BA, BSc, MSc, MA)
for Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree who to intend to start or continue studies,
• National visa – register the form; National visa- PhD/ student exchange program
for PhD or exchange programs e.g. ERASMUS who to intend to start or continue studies,
• National visa – register the form; National visa- course/training
for language courses, summer schools, specialized courses,
• National visa – register the form; National visa- Residence card collection (Decision granting a residence permit)
for those who have decision granting a residence permit in Poland,
• National visa – register the form; National visa- others
for those travelling for other purpose than mentioned above e.g. family visits, research, medical reasons & for those exempted from having the work permit (e.g. university professors travelling for work).
Schengen visa applications shall be submitted for stay less than 90 days & national visa applications for stay longer than 91 days. Required documents are provided on the Embassy’s website.
