Chief Inspector of Plant Helath and Seed Inspection
Chief Inspector of Plant Health and Seed Inspection is a central government administration body.
CPPSI ensures coordination and supervision of the Inspection, including providing general guidance to Inspection's bodies; in the event of a phytosanitary emergency CPPSI sets out detailed rules of action for Voivodeship Inspectors; CPPSI sets out rules of cooperation between Voivodeship Inspectors and other public administration bodies; CPPSI issues administrative decisions on matters within its powers; and issues orders, instructions and methodologies within the Inspection's mandate.
