The scope of duties of the Administrative and Financial Department includes:

  • Maintaining the accounting records of the unit and establishing accounting policies;
  • Preparing reports related to the state budget and financial statements for operations recorded in the accounting books;
  • Developing financial plans and amendments to the unit's financial plans;
  • Organizing and supervising the inventory process;
  • Managing human resources policy and professional development of employees;
  • Organizing the recruitment process for new employees;
  • Preparing payrolls, and calculating taxes and social security contributions;
  • Maintaining personnel and payroll documentation for employees;
  • Preparing public procurement plans and the material and financial plan;
  • Keeping quantitative and value records of the unit’s equipment and assets;
  • Managing matters related to the maintenance of the unit's premises and the use of its facilities;
  • Coordinating public procurement procedures.
