Asia Clean Energy Summit 2022

ACES is co-organised with Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERI@N) and the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), and supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Economic Development Board (EDB) and Energy Market Authority (EMA).

Since its launch, ACES has been established as Asia’s leading event focusing on clean energy technology, policy and finance supported by leading government agencies, research institutes and industry in Singapore. It also provides a common platform for thought leaders in both the public and private sectors to collaborate on critical issues and opportunities in harnessing clean energy for the future.

The Embassy of Poland, recognizing the need for energy transformation and considering Polish ambitions in the field of clean energy, is actively participating in ACES. The energy crisis in Europe will lead to an accelerated energy transition and Polish companies have already developed solutions that can be effectively implemented all over the world.

During previous edition Polish experts presented on our experience in the development of the hydrogen economy (Mr Tomoho Umeda, Hydrogen Poland, Polish National Chamber of Commerce), ground-breaking photovoltaic technologies (Ms Olga Malinkiewicz, Saule Technologies) and the approach towards e-mobility (Mr Maciej Mazur, Polish Alternative Fuels Association).

Among participants of ACES’s „PowerACE 2022” – competition for clean energy start-ups – there will be one entity from Poland: Łukasiewicz Research Network – Lodz Institute of Technology. It develops new materials and solutions for energy-efficient and sustainable constructions.
