The joint EU-Ukrainian event "One Voice for Ukraine" was organized on February 24, one year after Russia's hostile attack on Ukraine, to express the support to the Ukrainian nation and its people fighting for independence, dignity and freedom.

The event, co-organized by the Embassies of Poland, Ukraine, UE, Sweden currently holding the Presidency of the EU Council and France - providing the space at the Alliance Francaise cultural center, gathered about 200 guests.

Representatives of the diplomatic corps, Singaporean government administration, local cultural circles as well as the Polish community and the international community held a minute's silence to honor the victims of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

The official speeches by the EU Ambassador Iwona Piórko-Bermig and the Ambassador of Ukraine Kateryna Zelenko were followed by a large screen Polish-Ukrainian exhibition "Mom, I don't want war".

A selection of children's drawings, prepared in digital form on the basis of an archival project and accompanied by a moving narration, illustrated the time of World War II 1939-45 in Poland seen through the eyes of a child and the poignantly similar war experiences of 2022 in Ukraine.

The event was concluded with the screening of the Ukrainian film "Exchange".
