The actions of the Polish Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) have led to the identification of all perpetrators involved in the 2011 attack on the Polish military patrol in Afghanistan.

In April, the Belarusian-Polish border was crossed illegally by an individual named Odilkhon S., who was identified as the Islamic State’s sympathizer. Due to threats to the Republic of Poland, the citizen of Tajikistan was deported from Poland.

In addition to activities aimed to destabilize the situation on the Belarusian-Polish border, a systematic information warfare is being waged against Poland. It is an attempt to portray Poland as being responsible for the crisis and eager to escalate it. The objectives of these efforts go far beyond migration. Russian and Belarusian top officials as well as propagandists notorious for smearing Poland are actively involved in this hostile campagn.

As a result of a joint investigation of the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the prosecution service Filip Sz. (name withheld under Poland’s privacy laws), a man wanted on an international arrest warrant and an Interpol’s Red Notice, has been detained in Ukraine. He is suspected of leading an organized crime group involved in money laundering. His criminal activities have led to the legalization of more than PLN 1 billion.

During the attacks on the Polish border crossing, which took place on November 16, 2021, the deputy head of the Belarusian border guards was present in Bruzgi. During the assault, he acted as if he was overseeing the actions against the Poles.

The CBA has detained three more persons suspected of having committed offences related to the attestation of untruths in invoices and then making tax depletions on their basis.

The Internal Security Agency (ABW), under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office, is carrying out an investigation into the 23 May 2021 forced landing at the Minsk airport of a Ryanair flight from Athens to Vilnius, with Roman Protasevich on board. In the course of the investigation some passengers and the airlines’ representatives have been heard, the plane has been examined, recordings have been analysed and some other evidence has been secured. During the proceedings, a report and materials from a first-hand witness of the actions taken on that day at the control tower in Minsk have also been gathered.

Russian involvement in operation against Poland and the whole Eastern Flank of NATO is obvious. And that's from the very beginning. The Kremlin's responsibility is undeniable.
