  • they were produced in several organisational units, making it impossible to influence their final content and design,
  • they have a structure that cannot be interfered with.

Handling accessibility requests and complaints

Anyone has the right to make a request for digital accessibility of this website or its elements.

We will respond to accessibility requests promptly, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the request. Declaration of architectural accessibility of ARiMR’s Headquarters

The Offices and Departments of the ARiMR Headquarters are located at 33 and 35 Poleczki Street, 02-822 Warsaw, in the Vienna (Poleczki 33) and Amsterdam (Poleczki 35) buildings of the Poleczki Park office and service complex.

The Vienna building houses the following offices and departments:

ARiMR offices and departments are located on floors 0A, 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B.

Access to the building

  • Pedestrian access from Osmańska Street, Poleczki Street, Hołubcowa Street, Tyrolska Street.
  • Pedestrian crossing at Poleczki Street has traffic lights and acoustic signals. There are isolated obstacles along the route to the building entrances, e.g. rubbish bins, stairs, barriers.
  • The pedestrian crossing at Osmańska Street has traffic lights. There are isolated obstacles along the route to the building entrances, e.g. litter bins, stairs.
  • The pedestrian crossings at Hołubcowa Street and Tyrolska Street do not have traffic lights or sound signals. There are isolated obstacles along the building entrances, e.g. rubbish bins, stairs or steps.

Access to the building

Non-motorised visitors can use four public transport lines and two shuttle bus lines.

Warsaw Public Transport (public transport):

  • OSMAŃSKA 03 (direction Osmańska DHL 165, 328), stop approx. 400 m away.
  • OSMAŃSKA 01 (direction Hołubcowa 148, 165, 328), stop approx. 150 m away.
  • HOŁUBCOWA 01 (direction Poloneza 148, 165, 331), stop approx. 150 m away.
  • HOŁUBCOWA 02 (direction Kłobucka 148, 165, 331), stop approx. 150 m away.

Shuttle Bus - Poleczki Park

  • Stop at Tyrolska Street (direction: Chopin Airport Bus Terminal; stand no. 14).
  • Stop at Tyrolska Street (direction: Metro Imielin; ZTM Metro Imielin 02 stop).

Parking spaces

The nearest parking spaces are located at the Poleczki Park indoor car park in Tyrolska Street (entrance through the barrier after collecting a ticket - free parking for 1 hour).

To improve internal communication, the remaining Poleczki Park parking spaces along Tyrolska Street have been zoned and marked for visitors, motorcyclists, couriers and taxis.

The entrances to the building are at pavement level: one entrance from Poleczki Street, one entrance from Tyrolska Street. Directly next to the revolving door at the entrance from Poleczki Street, as well as Tyrolska Street, there is an automatic single-leaf entrance door operated by a button on a post, intended for wheelchair users.

The remaining entrances to the building have access-controlled doors and can only be used by building staff.

Customer service

Customer service with regard to the content of the organisational units located in the Amsterdam building at 35 Poleczki Street takes place in the Vienna building at 33 Poleczki Street. Information on architectural accessibility of the Vienna building at 33 Poleczki Street is available in the section Building Vienna.

In order to deal with matters in the building, the interested parties do not have to enter the other floors (office parts of the building).

There is no designated assistant for people with special needs in the building.

Induction loop

There is no induction loop in the building, and there is no sign language interpreter. There is no accessible easy reading text or information in sign language or English on the information board in the main lobby of the building.

Toilets

A toilet for disabled people is located on the ground floor of the building, access is possible after releasing the access control gate by the building security; access via passageways of adequate width is provided.

Meeting rooms

The building has three conference rooms on the ground floor for meetings The building has three conference rooms on the ground floor for meetings with the public and guests of ARiMR.

Amsterdam building

The ARiMR Headquarters building at Poleczki 35 Street, 02-822 Warsaw, building of the Poleczki Park office and service complex.

The Amsterdam building houses the following departments:

  • Department of Delegated Measures
  • Department of Reference Bases and Field Controls
  • Public Procurement Department

ARiMR departments are located on floor 1.

Communication and information accessibility

Customer service is provided in the main lobby of the building by the reception staff of the Vienna building and by employees of the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in the ARiMR area located on the ground floor of the building in part A (application office, rooms for meetings with beneficiaries, conference rooms).

On the home page of the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture there is a link to connect to a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter. The service operates Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm (see how to use the service).
