25.11.2025
Agriculture Restructurisation and Modernisation Agency (ARMA) hosted representatives of the Moldovan Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) at its headquarters from 25 to 27 November 2025. The study visit was a continuation of long-standing cooperation carried out, among other things, within EU partnership projects aimed at supporting agriculture and food security in the Republic of Moldova.
The discussions focused on the digitalisation of administrative processes, the effective use of EU funds and the sustainable development of rural areas. The meeting was opened by ARMA President Wojciech Legawiec, who delivered an address on cooperation with AIPA in the context of Moldova’s efforts toward European integration.
The group of experts sharing their knowledge with the visiting delegation included representatives of ARMA departments responsible, inter alia, for the implementation of premium-based and investment measures financed under the 2023–2027 CAP Strategic Plan. In addition, staff from the Mazovian Regional Office of ARMA, led by Deputy Director Łukasz Brzeziński, delivered dedicated presentations. The sessions covered topics such as the proper assessment of applications, the detection of irregularities and the determination of eligible costs.
The representatives of the Moldovan paying agency spent three days in Poland. The subsequent activities proved equally engaging and intensive. The international guests participated in a field visit to Warka and received further expert insights shared by other ARMA specialists.
