Passport duty Melbourne (23-25.02.2026)
The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney announces that consular duty will be held from February 23-25, 2026.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES:
To schedule an appointment with the consul regarding a passport application, please book an appointment via the website: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl
Access to the appointment registration system is also available via the "Poland in Australia" website (https://www.gov.pl/web/australia-en) via the Passport duty and Book a visit (e-Consulate) tabs.
NOTE: Appointment dates will be released for registration through the above website on February 4th, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
- After entering the above website, please select: Australia - Sydney -Passport matters - Melbourne dyżur paszportowy (23-25.02.2026) and follow the instructions to complete all required fields.
- After successfully scheduling your appointment, please send the system-generated appointment confirmation along with a copy of your most recent Polish ID to the following email address: sydney.kg.passport.duty@msz.gov.pl. The Consulate will verify your documents and confirm your appointment with the Consul.
- When applying for a child’s first passport, please attach a scan of the child’s Polish birth certificate (the original should be brought to the appointment). Parents applying for passports on behalf of minor children are required to present their valid ID documents, including at least one valid Polish passport, and the child's Polish birth certificate. Both parents and the child aged 5 or older are required to be present when submitting a passport application for a child.
- Persons whose last Polish passport expired before 2013 are required to present a document confirming their Polish citizenship (available from the relevant voivodeship office in Poland). Please note: Please bring both the original and a copy of the document (the copy will remain on file at the Consulate).
- For expired passports, you must also present a valid photo ID document confirming the applicant’s personal details (e.g., Polish ID card, Australian passport).
- FEES: Fees can be paid during your appointment in cash or by card.
