Deposit Amount and Submission Details:
Participation in the tender requires a deposit of 10% of the seller's starting price for the movable asset, amounting to AUD 1232.25. The submitted offer must be confirmed by a cash deposit made at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canberra. Deposit payments can be made from 20 to 30 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the cash desk of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canberra.  The deposit may also be paid by bank transfer to the following account:

Failure to submit the deposit will result in the rejection of the offer. 

The deposit must be made before the submission deadline. Deposits submitted by bidders whose offers were not selected or were rejected will be refunded within 7 days from the date of selection or rejection. The deposit submitted by the purchaser will be applied toward the purchase price and will not be refunded in case the winning bidder withdraws from signing the sales agreement.

The Offer Should Include:

• Full name and address or the name (company) and registered office of the bidder, mobile phone number, and email address (as per the attached template – Annex 1).
• Offered price, not lower than the starting price, and payment terms.
• Statement from the bidder confirming that they are familiar with the item available for tender or that they bear responsibility for the consequences arising from the failure to inspect the item.
• Statement regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR) in the format specified in Annex 2 attached to this announcement, along with a document confirming the payment of the deposit.

Deadline and Location for Submitting Offers:
Offers (according to the attached template – Annex 1) and the GDPR statement (Annex 2) should be submitted to the Polish Embassy in Canberra by 30 October 2026, in a sealed envelope marked "OFFER = BMW 535i."

Tender Resolution:

• The commission will select the bidder who offers the highest price.
• Offers will be rejected if submitted after the designated deadline, in the wrong place, 

or by a bidder who has not submitted the deposit, as well as if they do not contain the required information and documents specified in the announcement or if they are incomplete, illegible, or raise doubts, with submitted explanations possibly leading to their classification as new offers.

Information regarding the tender results will be communicated by 5 November 2026, via email to the address provided by the participants in their submitted offers. The sales agreement will be concluded within 7 working days. The purchaser is obliged to pay the purchase price on the day of signing the vehicle purchase agreement. Payment will be made in cash at the Polish Embassy in Canberra in AUD. The vehicle will be handed over to the purchaser after the registration cancellation process is completed by the local authorities. By participating in the tender, the purchaser agrees and commits to pay all taxes and fees required by the authorities of the Commonwealth of Australia, Poland, or any other country to which the vehicle will be transferred after the sale.
