announces a tender for the sale of a Mercedes Benz C-200 vehicle, model year 2015
I. NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE SELLER

II. PLACE AND DATE OF THE TENDER
The opening of bids will take place at the seller’s premises by the Tender Committee on 25th November 2025 at 12:00 PM local time.
III. LOCATION AND TIME FOR VIEWING THE VEHICLE
The vehicle offered in the tender may be viewed at the seller’s premises at:
10 Trelawney Street, Woollahra NSW 2025
on working days between 17th November – 24th November 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, by prior arrangement via phone at +61 438 860 003 or email: beata.osinska@msz.gov.pl

The item for sale is a passenger vehicle with the following specifications:

- Starting Price: 14,000.00 AUD
NOTES:
- Minor body and paint damage due to normal use
- Hail damage visible on the hood and roof
Car has been regularly serviced at dealership. Repairs and renovations conducted (last entry in the service book from March 2025):
- Replacement of thermostat and antifreeze
- Sealing of oil pump
- Transmission software update
- Throttle service: brake pads and discs, front and rear, spark plugs
V. BID BOND AMOUNT AND DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT
To participate in the tender, a bid bond of 10% of the starting price, i.e., 1.400.00 AUD, must be paid in cash at the cashier’s office of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney.
The bid bond must be paid prior to the bid submission deadline.
Bid bonds submitted by unsuccessful or rejected bidders will be refunded within 7 days from the selection or rejection date.
The bid bond submitted by the winning bidder will be credited towards the final purchase price.
The bid bond is non-refundable if the winning bidder fails to conclude the sales agreement.
VI. THE OFFER MUST INCLUDE:
- Full name and address (or company name and registered office), mobile phone number, and email address of the bidder (according to the template – Annex No. 1);
- The offered price, not lower than the starting price, and terms of payment;
- A statement confirming that the bidder has familiarized themselves with the condition of the item or that they accept responsibility for not inspecting the vehicle;
- A personal data processing statement (RODO) as per the template in Annex No. 2, and proof of bid bond payment.
VII. DEADLINE, PLACE, AND METHOD FOR SUBMITTING OFFERS
Offers along with the required documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address:

The envelope must be labeled:
“Tender offer for the purchase of Mercedes C-200. Do not open.”
Written offers must be submitted on business days (Monday–Friday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, no later than 24th November 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Consulate.
Offers are valid for 30 days.
The tender organizer reserves the right to close the tender without selecting any offer and without providing justification.
VIII. REJECTION OF OFFERS
The Tender Committee will reject an offer if:
- It is submitted after the deadline, to the wrong place, or by a bidder who has not paid the bid bond;
- It does not include the data or documents specified in section VI of this notice, or if the documents are incomplete or raise concerns that cannot be clarified without effectively submitting a new offer.
Bidders will be promptly notified if their offer is rejected.
IX. TENDER RESOLUTION
- The Committee will select the bidder who offers the highest price.
- An offer will be rejected if submitted late, to the wrong location, by a bidder who has not paid the bid bond, or if it lacks the required documents, is incomplete, illegible, or raises doubts that could lead to interpreting it as a new offer.
Information about the results of the tender will be sent via email by 26th November 2025 to the addresses provided in the offers.
The sales agreement will be concluded within 7 working days.
The buyer is required to pay the full purchase price on the day of signing the agreement, via bank transfer to the account of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Sydney (bank details will be provided to the winning bidder).
The vehicle will be released to the buyer after the Consulate completes the deregistration process.
By participating in the tender, the buyer agrees to cover any taxes and fees required by the authorities in Australia or the country where the vehicle will be registered after the sale.
X. OTHER INFORMATION
The buyer is obligated to pay the purchase price no later than 7 days after signing the sales agreement.
The vehicle will be released immediately after the full purchase price has been paid, within the time frame specified by the seller.
If the buyer fails to pay the full amount by the specified deadline, they forfeit the right to purchase the vehicle. In such a case, the Tender Committee will offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder.
All costs, taxes, and fees related to the purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.
