Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, please be informed that:

You can contact the data protection officer for all the cases relating to personal data processing and exercising rights related to data processing.


Your personal data can be processed if it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller, especially for settling matters in accordance with applicable legal regulations and for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or for the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, as well as for other cases specified in applicable regulations, including GDPR. Detailed grounds for the processing of your personal data depend on the subject matter and nature of the case.


The provision of data, subject to specific legal regulations, is voluntary and it is necessary to conduct the case, especially in the course of applicable regulations, unless otherwise provided by the law.


Your personal data can be transferred only to those entities which the controller entrusted with personal data processing as well as entities authorised to receive the data based on the law.
We will store your personal data until the task for which the personal data were collected is completed and then, when it comes to archive materials, for a period arising from the National Archival Resource and State Archives Act (Journal of Laws 2018.2017, as amended).


You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability and to receive the copy of your data.


You can also withdraw your consent at any time if your data are processed based on your consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.


You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). You can do this if you think that the processing of your personal data violates the law.


We do not process your data in an automated manner, including by means of profiling. We do not transfer your data to third countries or international organisations.
