Anniversary of the launch of the KEF-WAW route

April 2026 marked one year since LOT Polish Airlines launched direct flights on the Warsaw-Reykjavik-Keflavik route.
To mark the first anniversary of the launch of the direct flight connection between Reykjavik and Warsaw by LOT Polish Airlines, the carrier—in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Reykjavik—organized a ceremony to thank its Icelandic partners for their collaboration. The event held at the embassy, featured presentations by LOT, the Polish Tourism Organisation, and PURO Hotels. LOT highlighted the resounding success of the new route to Iceland.
