IGF 2020 to be held online

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 15th meeting of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will be held online. The IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) together with the IGF Secretariat and UN DESA have begun preparations and consultations on how best to carry out this virtual IGF annual meeting.

Therefore planned for 2-6 November in Poland (Katowice) IGF 2020 meeting is being postponed to the Q4 of 2021. This means Poland is the Host Country of IGF 2021. The date and other organizational details will be announced soon. 

On that occasion, we thank the entire community for commitment so far. We hope that the meeting in Poland in 2021 will be an opportunity for extremely interesting discussions and good decisions. We are waiting for you!
