The Embassy of Poland in Dublin, 5 Ailesbury Road, Ballsbridge, D04W221 Dublin, email address: dublin.administration@msz.gov.pl, announces a public tender for the sale of a BMW 530d SE Luxury (reg. nr. 162-D-15917).
1. Details of the tender:
- BMW 530d, year 2016, mileage: 89 276 km,
- diesel, 2993 cc engine, automatic transmission, tinted windows, air conditioning, GPS navigation, run flat tires, front seats heated, color – metallic grey
- good technical condition, NCT inspection valid until August 14, 2027
- dull paintwork and paintwork damage resulting from use.
2. Starting price: EUR 16,800.00
3. The auction item can be viewed at the above address. address, from September 7th to September 21st, 2026, Monday through Friday – weekdays – from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (by prior arrangement by phone - +353 1 283 08 55).
4. The sale will be conducted on a best-bid basis.
5. Participation in the auction is contingent upon payment of a deposit of EUR 1680.00 (i.e., 10% of the starting price). The deposit could be paid in cash at the Embassy's cash desk/or by bank transfer (funds must be credited to the Embassy's account) by September 21st, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Deposits submitted by bidders whose bids are not selected or are rejected will be refunded within 7 days of the date of selection or rejection, respectively. The deposit submitted by the buyer will be counted towards the price. The deposit will not be refunded if the winning bidder refuses to conclude the contract.
6. The offer must be in writing and include:
a. the name, surname, and address or the name (company) and registered office of the bidder, contact telephone number, and email address;
b. the offered price, which must not be lower than the starting price, and the form of payment (bank transfer or cash);
c. a statement by the bidder that they have become familiar with the condition of the auction item or that they are responsible for any consequences resulting from their refusal to inspect the vehicle.
7. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Offer – BMW 530d" in person or by post/courier to the Embassy of Poland in Dublin, 5 Ailesbury Road, Ballsbridge, D04W221 Dublin by 3:00 PM on September 21, 2026.
8. The offers will be opened at a meeting of the tender committee at the seller's office on September 22, 2026, at 14:00 AM. The vehicle will be sold to the Bidder who offers the highest price. If multiple Bidders submit the same price, the auction will continue as an auction between those Bidders.
9. The Buyer will sign the purchase/sale agreement immediately after the auction ends and pay the vehicle price, less the deposit, no later than 3 days after signing the agreement.
10. The vehicle will be released upon payment. The Buyer is purchasing the vehicle in its current condition. By participating in the auction, the Buyer agrees to pay all fees associated with the purchase and re-registration of the vehicle, including taxes, registration costs, technical inspections, and any other costs required by local law.
11. Bids will be rejected if:
a. they are submitted after the deadline, to the wrong place, or by a bidder who has not paid the deposit;
b. they do not contain the data and documents referred to above, or are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise questionable, and providing clarification could lead to their being considered a new bid. offer.
12. The bidder will be notified immediately if the offer is rejected. The Embassy of Poland in Dublin reserves the right to close the tender without selecting any offer, without providing a reason. The Embassy is not responsible for any hidden defects of the vehicle.
