Obtaining a certificate of no criminal record

The consul is not competent as regards obtaining a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register in Poland.

Detailed information on how to obtain a certificate can be found on the website of the Ministry of Justice.

You can obtain a certificate of no criminal record yourself:

  • at the Information Office or Information Points of the National Criminal Register operating at district courts,
  • using a plenipotentiary or
  • by post.

If you have a qualified electronic signature or a signature confirmed by an e-PUAP trusted profile - you can apply for a certificate electronically via the e-Platform of the Ministry of Justice.
