Female leaders from Ireland and Poland exchanged their experiences as well as discussed different challenges faced by women in politics & business and offered their view on how to overcome them.
The panellists also discussed how having more female leaders would allow for more diverse perspectives, equality and fairness, which in turn would lead towards more efficient use of a nation’s human capital, reduction of inequality, higher productivity and ultimately economic growth.
The Women in Leadership webinar was organized by The Embassy of Poland in Dublin in order to celebrate the International Women’s Day as well as the 30th anniversary of establishment of the Embassy.
